5 Reasons To Sign Your Kids Up For Summer Painting Classes at Pinot's Palette Garland

1. Art is fun! Summers are always so anticipated, with all the rain and 100 degrees (a.k.a. impossible to be outside) weather we’ve been getting it might feel like the summer will never end. Am I right? Painting is a fun activity that can really spice up those days! If the kids are a little shy - they can just focus on their paintings if they are outgoing - kids can both learn how to paint and make a lot of new friends.

2. Unplugging!  Although many kids bring their phones so they can contact their parents, those phones stay just that. When kids are painting in the Little Brushes classes, there’s no time to be playing games and watching videos, thus no screen time. 

3. Art is Good for you! There are so many studies showing that it’s important for both your brain and your soul to have an artistic outlet. Painting is a great hobby. Not only do you get to learn new stuff, but you also get a cool painting that you can show off. We always encourage our kids to be as creative as they want to during our children’s summer painting classes. Sometimes it means adding an extra star to the sky, sometimes it's turning a hippo into a llama. Whatever creativity means for the painters - we make sure to facilitate that. 

4. “Me” or “We” time. Sometimes you want to spend some quality time with your kid, sometimes you want 2 hours while your kid is having a blast. We have you covered for both! Adults are most welcome to join our kid's painting classes, and children only have to be 5 years old to paint without an adult or older sibling present. 

5. No Clean-Up! Let’s be real, this is reason #1. You get to bring your kid, they get to have a blast, and then they wash their hands and go home!  No need to worry about the paint everywhere, dirty brushes, and spills. We got you covered!
